Allstate Insurance Agency – Gemmarie Mitsui is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our in-office team.
This role focuses on servicing existing clients, maintaining policy accuracy, and supporting agency workflow. We operate with structured standards, accountability, and clear expectations.
This is not a passive receptionist position. Accuracy, professionalism, and consistent follow-through are required.
For the right candidate, there is opportunity to grow into a licensed role within the agency.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and service inquiries with professionalism
- Assist clients with billing questions and administrative policy requests
- Process documentation, endorsements, and follow-up tasks accurately
- Route coverage-specific questions to licensed staff as required
- Maintain accurate records within Allstate systems
- Support retention efforts through timely service and proactive follow-up
- Follow established workflows and compliance procedures

Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working in an in-office environment
- Bilingual ability (any language) is a plus
- Interest in obtaining Washington State P&C license in the future is preferred
