Allstate Insurance Agency – Gemmarie Mitsui is seeking a licensed Washington State Property & Casualty professional to join our growing in-office sales team.
This is a true production role for individuals who want structured support, clear expectations, and meaningful earning potential. We combine disciplined sales execution with professional, client-focused service.

What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and agency leads
- Conduct consultative coverage reviews and recommend tailored solutions
- Write Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Umbrella, Motorcycle, and Life policies
- Maximize bundling opportunities to strengthen client protection
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistent follow-up
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and performance meetings
Performance Expectations
This role operates within structured monthly benchmarks:
- 20 VC per month – Employment minimum
- 25+ VC per month – Standard performance level
- 30+ VC – High performer tier
Performance is reviewed monthly in a supportive but accountable environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Active Washington State Property & Casualty License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
- Proven ability to produce and sustain results
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working within measurable performance standards
- Professional, organized, and coachable
- Bilingual ability (any language) is a strong plus
